- This code can be used more than once per person however you will need to checkout with each session separately as the code can only be applied to one session in the checkout
CANCELLATION POLICY
The client understands that by entering into this agreement, MBP is foregoing other photographic jobs and as a result will suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain if cancelled. In the event of a cancellation of the session/agreement by the client, the session fees paid are non-refundable. Session fees are transferable if both parties agree a date change within a year of the original session date. 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is requested. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, MBP and the client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
If MBP has to cancel the session for reasons beyond their control another session date will be offered to the client wherever possible within a year of the original session date. If the contract has to be cancelled completely by MBP their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid to MBP. If the client is unable to confirm a date within a year of the original session the deposit paid shall be forfeit.
If the session must be postponed by either MBP or the client due to any Covid related restrictions, such as an enforced national or localised lockdown, guidelines limiting the ability to hold the session, self-isolation or quarantining a new date will be offered as soon as is possible. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances.
If a date for a session booked through the website, or ordered as a giftcard, cannot be confirmed by either the person booking the session, the recipient of the giftcard or MBP the session fee paid or giftcard ordered can be refunded within two weeks of being booked/ordered less a 20% admin fee of the amount paid.
RESCHEDULING:
If you need to postpone the session you must give at least 7 days notice at which point an alternative date can be arranged between MBP and the client where possible. If you/your child is sick you may cancel the session at which point an alternative date will be offered however you are only permitted two cancellations with less than 7 days notice before you forfeit your session fee.
MBP understands the session date needs to be flexible for newborn sessions – please keep in touch and ideally let MBP know within 24-48 hours of giving birth that your baby has arrived so that a session date can be arranged as quickly as possible as other bookings may need to be moved to accommodate your session.
MBP understands there may be very special circumstances which would mean you cannot attend the session; if this is the case please do reach out to me and this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS:
MBP is not responsible if the client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photographic sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to MBP.
If the client and/or key individuals fail to appear to a scheduled portrait session, the session fee is non-refundable.
